Google Bad Review 1: Not a good experience ordering pedestals from Wantdontwant.
They have sent not working (jammed drawers, chewing gum old items left in pedestals, dented or damaged etc.) or pedestals without working locks each time they have delivered them (we have had to place 3 orders now). Not one pedestal was delivered with a key which was not explained to us when first ordering – you can order them off FirstKeys which are great but I do think this should be something they should make you aware of when ordering as we have now had to spend £100 just on keys.
Gillian hasn’t been of much help, I had to chase her from the 30th of August about the not working pedestals, after multiple emails and phone calls finally someone came today – 8th October. I was told I would receive new pedestals which would be swapped with the old pedestals but the gentleman ended up just fixing them 2 of the not working pedestals today instead after a month and a half of chasing.
My company has used them multiple times, I think they are ok for furniture such as desks etc. but just be weary ordering any second hand items from them as they don't seem to care what is delivered and what condition they are in.
