Google Bad Review 1:  This company is perhaps one of the worst home care provider in the world. Staff member is never paid on time sometimes payments are missed. This company should be closed down by now.
I am pretty sure most of the reviews are by the managers themselves.

The care manager Ann-marie is awful. She pretends to be the nicest person ever. However, she withholds staff payments. Try to pretend as if it's an accident and she knows exactly what she is doing.

If you are a carer stay away. Go for a company that cares about you and actually cares for its clients. This company is only still standing by covering up there lies and mistreatment. They need to be taken to court.

Her knowledge of the care sector and the NHS as well as funding options were really useful and she was both patient and knowledgeable – a real beacon in what could have felt like a minefield.
