Google Bad Review:  Bullying behaviour by this company in February as they took £300 in my home after doing unnecessary work and they took that £300 by refusing to leave until they were paid from me in a state of distress. They did not show any evidence of fresh mouse droppings and the council who I emailed after never got in touch about a mouse problem next door either. So we didn't have mice they lied. They laid traps falsely told me that we had mice and they never returned again.

This is a fake company that lays traps and never comes back again. When you approach them to resolve matters they move the goal posts on what they have said in this case them returning in two weeks was actually them returning in three except they didn't. We ended up paying £300 for some basic cheap traps to go down and not much else. They couldn't even prove the existence of mice.

Please avoid this company there are far better ones that don't steal your money.
