Google Bad Review 1:  About 9 months on from my tattoo and I still feel awful about it. My tattooist, Charlotte, didn't do a good job at all.
I felt rushed into it by being reminded that we'd spent too long finalising the design and she “needed to get tattooing”.
I wasn't happy with the placement but she assured me that it was correct.
The tattoo itself is inconsistent with a few blown out lines. Some of the shapes are wonky too.
We finished way too early, obvious signs she'd rushed it and wanted to go home.
I look at others tattoos with envy and think why couldn't I get a nice tattoo like them?
I'll have to spend money to try and fix the shapes and blow outs but most of it can't be fixed unless I black the whole thing out or pay for removal.
Im sure there are better artists in the shop, I can't really say, but my experience was dreadful and now I have an awful tattoo that is with me for life.
In my work I spend meticulous amounts of time ensuring clients are looked after as they are paying for a service, I go above and beyond. Considering a tattoo is for life, I would expect the same level of service from the tattoo ‘artist'.

Google Bad Review (2):  Really disappointed with the customer service! Came into the studio and no-one could help and I was told to email the artist. Was emailed and told to come back to the studio anytime Monday to Thursday to have a chat. Took a morning off on the Monday. Arrived on Norwich to find out it was closed all day on Mondays! 40 mile round trip wasted and a morning wages lost, thanks to sh1t customer service… I'll find somewhere else who actually gives a toss…
