Google Bad Review 1: Wedding at Hilton Heathrow T5 and the quality of food and service from Ragasaan was appalling. Having experienced their high levels of quality and service previously, this was a complete let down. During the morning ceremony, the food was cold and several items had finished and not been replenished quick enough. The staff were completely clueless and lacked direction. The evening reception was slightly better however canapes during the drinks reception were practically non existent.
Was looking to book them for my wedding but will definitely reconsider now.

Google Bad Review (2): We did not have a good experience with Ragasaan for our wedding. They were very unorganised during the lead up to the wedding, with us having to constantly chase them about menu's, table plans etc. They even called us a couple days before our wedding saying we still owed them £5000!
On the day, the starters and mains were really good but the dessert was very poor. We had issues with the table plan, with close relatives who had been planned to sit in front of the head table being put in the corner not being able to see anything. I have no idea what happened to my wedding cake as none of my guests had any, luckily the top tier was saved for us so at least we had some to take home! I even had a gluten-free cupcake made for the Maid of Honour which somehow vanished on the night…
I would not recommend Ragasaan to anyone. They are very over priced for the service they provide, other caterers will probably be more organised and a lot fairer on price.

The selection of dishes the quality of food is amazing!
