Google Bad Review 1:  There is nothing wrong with your product and from your marketing it’s clear you care about your business but the way you handled my call today regarding sending me the wrong size posts was appalling. To suggest I grind down seven 9ft steel reinforced posts to the size I ordered because you were too busy with 300 orders is insulting. If it only takes 10 minutes, why didn’t you grind them before delivering them. I called to try and resolve the issue not to be made to feel that I was lucky to be getting anything. You are fortunate that business is good for you at the moment, for many of us it is not. I would be doing my best if I were you to maintain the high standard of service that others have obviously experienced from you in the past.
