Google Good Review:  My 23 year old Nissan Micra finally died and I needed a replacement car kind of quickly. London Carz had a Nissan Note for sale, low mileage and in very good condition at a reasonable price. Purchasing process was smooth and the guys were very helpful. Purchased this as a Cash buyer £4600 on Saturday 11/01/2020, returned today 14/01/2020. After we drove home on Saturday the car had developed a diesel knock from the engine under hard acceleration which is the signs of an injector fault at the minimum, the car also had developed a noise felt through the steering column as a tapping on acceleration and deceleration, this got louder as the car got up to temperature and therefore in my view a fault with the gearbox. I immediately called Malik who said we had a 3 month warranty therefore this should cover any issues (why should I use my warranty less than 2 hours after I pick up a vehicle deemed good and fit for the road. I used the car on Sunday and noticed the door courtesy light was missing with bare wire hanging out the hole they had been poked into, the radio also lost all reception once the kids were in the car! On ringing him yesterday I told him I was returning the car to him and want a full refund, surprisingly, he didn't even quibble, I don't know if this is just good customer service or more that he knew the car he was selling was faulty??? I would say the later, due to the similar reviews of cars on here. On this occasion we were lucky we got our money back. I would suggest you avoid this dealer at all costs. Good Luck in the future Mr Malik at Z&R Simply Motors, Chris. **Further to my review, Mr Malik has contacted me in disgust asking me to think? Also trying to commit a fraud on keeping the car unregistered in my name even though the car has been owned and driven on the road by ourselfs, spoke to DVLA who have corrected your error. Asking a series of questions. You sell a dodgy motor you are going to get a True, Real review.

Google Bad Review (2):  I brought a 2008 BMW touring from these guys. 4 weeks later all rear suspension drops and taking it to BMW for inspection found the boot has been full of water for a long long time and has fried all modules for PDC, Bluetooth, relays and Suspension. They quoted me £3000 to fix this, I got £1000 warranty which is insufficient so I'm off the road after only 4 weeks. They do not inspect their vehicles thougherly before sale so if you buy from them check everything possible
