Google Bad Review (2):  It instructs me to say what I think of ‘this place'! Which place is that? The Mind clothes and second hand shop on Camden road? Camden Town??? Or the very seperate MIND-IN-CAMDEN, across from the shop more or less, Camden road, which houses a meeting area, (depending current pandemic recommendations?) in the basement and back of the building, for some people either in crisis or need of support. Also rooms available for use, where certain titled, (check time, day and durations of meetings) support group.,or upstairs which is mainly admin, other company's that are not of the organisation Mind and another room for groups. So what place would I be reviewing???

Google Bad Review 1:  Really disappointing with the service and staff. I suffer from horrific nightmares and some personal issues for over 10 years. I have explained to the therapist there are days I can't sleep AT ALL for 2 days and it can be big issue for me as I work full-time. I also suffer from anxiety for a long time and I really need help. My GP also suggested to refer myself so I did about 2 months ago. I happened that close member of my family died 2 weeks before my session. I was very emotional about it but I have explained twice it's not the reason I referred myself to the therapy. Seems like no one listened or cared. I took the time off work to travel all the way there hoping someone help me. After 3 days I received a letter from the therapist V. saying they won't provide me with grieving therapy because it's less than 6 months. ABSOLUTELY DISGUSTING of them. I didn't ask for grieving therapy and I explained my reason I referred myself. Did no one listened me??? I don't understand why this person even works there if she doesn't even care about what people saying.

Google Bad Review (2):  named referrals only accepted from PPC (whatever that is i tried to google it) unless your so out of it you don't know what day it is.

If you get any help from this company you'll be so far gone Euthanasia would probably be the best option for you as a domesticated animal is treated with more dignity than a human being with mental health it seems but at least they'll be able to close your case as another satisfied customer right? *thumbs up*
