Google Bad Review (2):  Awful service, i think people should avoid this garage.

they don't offer any warranty on the car. you have to pay for at least £200 pound for a 3 months compulsory warranty. And pay for around £100 for the car history check. After I purchased my car for over 6K about 20 days, i found out the car suspension has a problem, I phoned them up, what they said was I have to bring the car to them, they will have a look, with no promise to fix it, with no cover on the travel cost(4 hours drive on a return journey), and courtesy car offer. This basically left me no option but to fix it in my local garage and cover the cost myself. If I was explained that the £200 warranty only cover in house repair (bring the car to them), I probably would not make this complaint. But there was not explanation when I purchase the car. Plus the customer service in the garage was awful as well.

I would avoid this garage at all cost, hope this would help the next people thinking about buying a car from them.
