JOB DESCRIPTION: Supporting our Senior Designers & Management, the studio manager will manage a variety of administrative, and finance related tasks associated to our high-end residential interior design business. Applicants must be highly organised with experience in all aspects of administration including telephone & email communication, raising invoices, data processing, communication with suppliers, meeting minutes & note taking. Excellent telephone manner and high-level communication skills are imperative. Proven background in a financial role, raising client invoices and paying supplier bills is essential. Exceptional attention to detail, self-motivation, and ability to manage your own workload is crucial, as well as good timekeeping and self-presentation. SOFTWARE EXPERIENCE: •Apple Mac •MS Office •Xero •Databases •Successful candidates will be highly motivated demonstrating the aptitude to self-learn our project management tool ‘Estimac' for data entry and producing quotations. ADDITIONAL RESPONSIBILITIES: •Managing the studio diary and supporting the director in the general running of the studio and associated administrative duties • Booking travel & scheduling meetings • Meeting & greeting clients and ensuring the Studio is clean & tidy • Answering & triaging all phone calls • Raising client quotations & invoices, dealing with suppliers and value engineering on all fronts, as well as dealing with all procurement once quotations have been approved Based at our Studio in East Sussex, BN9.
