Google Bad Review 1:  Poor attitude. Absolutely hurendos customer service. Didn’t open on time and so rude on the phone. If there was 0 stars I would chose that. Stay away very awful experience

Google Bad Review (2):  The car we were looking at didn’t appear to be ready for sale as advertised. It was dirty both inside (chocolate on the seat) and outside. The mileage on the clock is 3000 miles more than it was advertised at. He told us it has had 1 previous owner whereas the advert mentioned more. Poor customer service overall and a car that doesn’t match the advert. At the show room we were trying to ask the salesman questions about the car and instead of answering them he kept trying to get us into the office and then proceeded to ask if we can afford the car. After asking for a test drive or if we could at least be driven in the car, as he seemed very hesitant, he scoffed ‘I can drive you all the way to Southend but if you cannot afford the car there is no point’. We had mentioned on numerous occasions we plan to buy the car today if it met expectations and we were repeated met with patronising and derogatory comments. Disappointed and wouldn’t recommend.
