Google Bad Review: This company has hold of a good idea but unfortunately has executed it extremely badly. Customers are able to get quotes to repair their vehicle without need of any commitment to carry it out. Which is great for them, but not for the garage, that have to run around getting prices for a lot of jobs that are never carried out. Being a garage in London; there is a lot of competition which is a good thing, but when they expect you to quote for customers over a 15 miles radius that basically covers the whole of greater London – this is pointless and they cannot change this setting. Customers are also able to leave feedback without even visiting and the process to go through to get this reversed is a joke. As soon as someone confirms that they want a job carried out with their selected garage, that garage is charged a fee – if the customer does not show up you can request a refund but it must be done within a particular time frame with evidence and then also that requested refund rate should not be over a certain predetermined percentage rate. Trying to get hold of any individual from their customer service team or anybody for that matter is vertually impossible. So alltogether a company you probably do not want to deal with….
