Google Bad Review 1:  (Translated by Google) The only positive note is the fact that it is in a good neighborhood that is well connected and full of clubs and shops. Quite dirty rooms, we stayed 3 days, as soon as we arrived in the room we found tufts of hair and hair around and we were told that the vacuum cleaner didn't work well and the next day they would clean better. The next day on the ground it was dirtier than ever and we asked if they could give us the vacuum cleaner to clean … the answer was .. Oh sorry we forgot to vacuum this morning .. Very small bathroom and quite smelly. I think the window panes were last cleaned in 1999 The staff at the reception, apart from the Italian girl, do not shine with motivation and professionalism, they do not seem to be very interested in satisfying the customers. I do not recommend it at all but I would advise the manager to review the staff organization a little.

L'unica nota positiva è il fatto di trovarsi in un buon quartiere ben collegato e pieno di locali e negozietti. Camere abbastanza sporche, siamo stati 3 gg, appena arrivati in camera abbiamo trovato ciuffi di peli e capelli in giro e ci hanno detto che l aspirapolvere nn funzionava bene e il giorno dopo avrebbero pulito meglio. Il giorno dopo a terra era più sporco che mai e abbiamo chiesto se potevano dare a noi l'aspirapolvere per pulire…la risposta è stata.. Oh mi dispiace ci siamo dimenticati di passare l'aspirapolvere stamattina .. Bagno piccolissimo e abbastanza puzzolente. I vetri delle finestre penso siano stati puliti l'ultima volta nel 1999 Il personale alla reception, a parte la ragazza italiana, non brilla di motivazione e professionalità, non sembrano essere molto interessati a soddisfare i clienti. Non lo consiglio assolutamente ma consiglierei al manager di rivedere un po' l organizzazione del personale.

Google Bad Review (2):  The one good thing is that it's handy for a gig at Finsbury Park.

We'd booked parking, but they didn't have any spaces when we arrived, so we drove around for a while and found a back street car park ran by the Russian mafia. They kept it secure.
The staff are abrupt and rude. After the gig (10.30pm) we were hoping for a drink or some food…. Nope. Bar closed, toilets closed, zero hospitality.

The room was ok, but the bathroom was 3ft by 10ft. The shower is the worst I've had. The cleanliness was shocking. I mean shocking.

Don't bother.
