Google Bad Review:  Would give 0 stars if I could. Arrived at 9.15 on 30th December to get parking permits as mine hadn't been posted in time despite being ordered before Christmas. Was told it would be a 2 hour wait and they weren't giving out tickets but taking names via a list. I decided to take a seat and I waited quietly completely bored out of my senses as thought it was best not to watch anything on my iPad so I didn't miss my name. Noticed after an hour and 45 minutes I hadn't noticed any names be called so went to ask how the list was progressing and noticed a lady who had just walked in was given a ticket for the parking queue. Turns out they had completely ignored the list. I also noticed people arriving after me being seen who were for parking. The colleague then didn't understand why I was somewhat annoyed by the situation due to their complete lack of competence and treated me like a criminal.
