Google Bad Review: Having purchased two item the Moss dome was the prefect addition to my desk and will sure be a talking point.
The Terrarium kit was again very high quality delivered in perfect condition.Sadly no instructions was with the box which one would expect. When I made contact I was told you have to add the online workshop to complete the build which was very well priced and would be fun.
I did advise them I would be unable to book one that day and with me working a very unusual rota this week the earliest I would be able to book would be Sunday if one is online that day and then not before the following weekend.
This information is of very high importance and had this then been on the website I would not have brought the kit until I had a more normal working rota I have a print out to prove this fact !
Rather than the retailer seeing that they had made a mistake on the website and then offer some help perhaps spend 10 minutes typing some basic instructions and tips they was rushing round to correct the website so to prevent anymore misleading information being provided.
I was very lucky that I used the internet to get help from a forum to build and page with strangers providing me help to build a great creation. Its very wrong that the very people who I purchased from did nothing !
