There is no number to call the management department, so you have to wait up to a week for any reply on the flat. When they do reply, they obviously resent being asked even the smallest of requests. Reading the positive reviews, they are all about the sales team. DO NOT use these agents, because as soon as you sign, they stop treating you like a human being.
