Google Bad Review 1: DO NOT TRUST THIS SHOP. I only used them as they are local but if you put your phone in for a repair here they TAKE GENUINE PARTS FROM YOUR PHONE and sometimes replace them with fake parts. They tried to remove the Touch ID button from my iPhone and replace it with a fake while it was in for screen repair.
The phone was kept indoors as a spare and well looked after, but the LOW QUALITY REPLACEMENT SCREEN had started to malfunction on its own after a while. After taking it to a more reliable phone repair service they told me that during my previous repair MEGAPHONE CITY HAD REMOVED SEVERAL OTHER PARTS FROM THE INSIDE OF THE PHONE and until the parts are replaced no reliable repair person would touch it. I HAD EFFECTIVELY PAID THEM TO STEAL PARTS FROM MY PHONE. I have also heard a woman in megaphone city complaining that parts had been taken from her phone before. Clearly no coincidence.
I returned to the shop to inform them I was aware of what they had done. One of the store owners wouldn't hear me out. HE TALKED OVER ME, SHOUTED AT ME A LOT AND EVENTUALLY SWORE AT ME. His calmer colleague acknowledged the theft but excused it away and OFFERED TO REPLACE THE STOLEN PARTS, BUT ONLY IF I WOULD ALLOW HIM TO TAKE MY PHONE OUT OF SIGHT, BEHIND A SCREEN!! INSTANTLY THIS RINGS ALARM BELLS. SHADY, DODGY AND SUSPICIOUS. I rarely write reviews and am not out to damage businesses, but this business is TAKING ADVANTAGE OF CUSTOMERS AND ABUSING THEM and I WISH I HAD READ A REVIEW LIKE THIS TO PREVENT ME WASTING MY TIME AND MONEY GOING THERE IN THE FIRST PLACE.

Google Bad Review (2): Had the screen fixed on my iPad and when I handed it over it was locked, when I got it back it was unlocked. Completely open for anyone to have a look at, personal photos, banking, emails, messages, everything. I've no idea why they would feel the need to deactivate my passcode just to fix the screen. Won't be using again.
