Google Bad Review 1:  Took time off work to travel here from Tottenham. 25 minutes after scheduled appointment still hadn't seen podiatrist. No apology or explanation until I questioned reception. Insisted I pay in advance of appointment and text reminder of time today yet they didn't have the courtesy to let me know they were running well behind (which they knew from this morning). I had to get back to work without seeing anyone. Total waste of my afternoon
