Turned up an hour late – 2 Cleaners for 4 hours and this is the standard of the work despite the house being empty and specifically asking for the bathroom to be deep cleaned! Called to tell them, after not picking up 17 times they WhatsApp me have given me every excuse possible like “not enough time” and “it was an estimate”, even though they told us how long they needed after we told them the size of the house and what needed to be done!!! Could not recommend less and genuinely cannot believe this are operating under this standard!
