Google Bad Review 1:  Arrived on Sunday at 11:45 to ask if any appointments were available later in the afternoon. I was told I can come back in 15 min and get it done. So I went away and came back at 12. Was told to take a seat and then I just sat there for another 20 min with no one in sight. Why not just say you are fully booked or don't have space? Why make me leave, come back, sit and wait and wonder when I will be able to get a treatment. Prices looked good and I would have been permanent client had my time or any communication been considered. Bad impression and borderline friendly staff.

Google Bad Review (2):  I was a walk in client for the first time at this spa, i was seen by the owner…upon arrival the receptionist was very pleasant. I had a waxing treatment using the hot wax which is best for sensitive skin. The owner did a good job on the treatment however the service from her was awful and given it being her salon i was in total dismay. She completed the treatment but left wax on my skin and left the room abruptly saying it is all done. This was a complete shock to me as i was left to take the remainder wax off by myself, or was she expecting me to walk out in public. The receptionist then came and i explained i am not happy as this is a half job, she said please dont get angry you are preety?!!! what a nonsense answer. I would advise if you are after a treatment with customer service not to visit the spa. They are money driven and the owner definitely does not set a standard
