Google Bad Review 1: Awful customer service!!!!! Do not use this company. I had an End of Tenancy booking arranged for 2pm, at 2 minutes passed the cleaner called to say she would be 40 minutes late which is completely unacceptable. After trying to understand why she was going to be so late/why she hadnt called sooner, she asked me to call the office to translate as she couldn't understand English. So I called the customer support team, the response I received from the man on the other end after explaining the situation was “what do you want me to do about it?” “If you are not happy with the service then cancel”. There was no apology or some sort of solution given whatsover. I explained that we needed the cleaner to come today as our tenancy ends tomorrow and we have no other options. He then put the phone down on me and cancelled the appointment. I tried to call back numerous times and no one answered the phone. Completely appalled with this service.

Google Bad Review (2): I used this company for End of Tenancy Cleaning. They are abysmal and would recommend you never use them. They provided me with a list of items they would clean for my end of tenancy and I thought it was very good value for money and after the cleaning, I reported things they missed which was actually quite standard things you should be able to pick up on cleaning. They offered a free re-clean which I thought was great but even after that, they still missed things like the bathroom screen and oven door all of which they quote they will clean. When I reported it again the person on the phone got very irate and started yelling. Terrible, terrible service. I never once rose my voice and he wouldn't even let me speak. Spend money and get a better more professional cleaning service team. Do not use them.
