Google Bad Review 1:  This company is actually Station Cars. Didn’t turn up at booking time for airport pick up. Operator was rude and hung up the phone. They kept saying the driver was 5 minutes away. The driver had the courtesy to call me 40 minutes after the booking time and said he was still 40 minutes away. Had the office been honest I could have made alternative arrangements sooner. Had to book alternative transport almost an hour after booking time was breached as company were misleading me as to driver ETA. Will never use this company again. Completely unreliable and also very rude.

Google Bad Review (2):  Booked a car to take me and the wife to Heathrow. We had two medium suitcases and two carry on suitcases. When the car turned up, on time thankfully. It was a Toyota Prius and couldn't fit all the luggage in the boot. I have no idea why cab firms keep using these useless vehicles. Not fit for purpose. We had to have one carry on bag in the car with us. Driver was pleasant enough but didn't know the way. Had Waze and Google maps going at the same time. We live right near the North Circular Road the Airport is very easy to get to. Having said all that. If the car wasn't a Prius I would have no hesitation using them again but I'll probably look elsewhere in future for a company who use proper cars
