Google Bad Review 1:  AVIOD!!! The most useless, crooked, fraudulent company I have ever seen. They will cheat you out of your money and will do everything they can to rip off their own staff and customers.
Stuart is the worst, he is borderline senile and tends to create situations in his head that don't exist and he is meant to be head of HR. A high turn over managers the current management team is a comedy act. Control room is managed by Stephen who clearly doesn't care about anything. contract managers are a complete joke no wonder why they didn't win any new business, there are much more better security companies out there please please avoid universal everything you got!!!!!.
