Google Bad Review 1:  Increadibly rude man who works in the shop (glasses and graying hair). Told me I should not have put on a wash as they didn't have space afterwards when I went to use the dryers and not to come to the shop again. I was shocked, he was being so rude and with no provocation, no one had said anything when I arrived and put washing in the mashines and started the washes. They seemed to think I should have mind read the situation and not put on a wash without them saying anything.

I told them that they should have told me and at that point they started snearing at me. It was awful to experience.

After this increadibly painful experience the dryer stopped working and they claimed it was cus I had not put in enough money even though I knew I had and then they realised the machine was broken.

How could the service be any worse?

Staff refused to wear masks making me feel unsafe.

Completely rediculous and arrogent, will not come back. If I could I would give 0 stars.

Google Bad Review (2):  I don't usually write reviews but this guys are taking the piss.
They send me an email yesterday that my clothes where ready, on the email as you can see it shows their opening hours. I went today – well just now at 08:15 and they where closed.
I had the same problem a couple of months ago when I went to pick up clothes and they where closed. They told me due to COVID they changed their timetable. It's fine I understand but it takes 5 minutes to change a timetable on Google and email.
The other time one of my trousers that I gave them to wash came back with white dots, I messaged them and they told me to bring the trousers and they will redo it complimentary of course. When I took the trousers they gave me 50% off for the trousers.
I'm all in for giving businesses a second chance, okay a third chance but common this guys are just unprofessional.
One thing they need to understand is that time is valuable for all of us.
