Google Bad Review (2):  Hotel feels a little outdated, paying for premium WiFi is a little out of date. But worst of all they have a faulty fire alarm that goes off for long enough to need to get dressed and leave your room before being switched off. This can happen multiple time and causes the lifts to stop working in the morning. To compound matters reception staff seem to know nothing about what has happened and just look at you with a blank expression when you report the issues in the morning.

Poor hotel and bad management not responding to the complaints.
