Google Bad Review 1:  Purchased a second hand Fiat Panda from the Tylney road branch. Realised soon after that the headlights where stuck on, phoned and was told to take to Fiat. Fiat checked car and informed me that the car needed over £2k worth of work, including replacing what they considered to be an illegal tyre. (Which I had unknowingly taken my young son out in) Took car back, got told all repairs completed, checked and headlights still broken. After a few weeks of calls finally took the car back to which I was told I needed to produce the V5C which still hadn’t turned up, which I understand however found out they registered the car in the wrong address! I’ve now got to pay £25 to change it and wait for the V5C to be produced before I can get a full refund and will have no car in the interim. Absolutely shocking throughout. I went to Kings because I had hoped buying second hand from a well known garage would give me some comfort, how wrong was I. Avoid.

Google Bad Review (2):  Do not use or trust this garage. It's a good job it's next to the hospital as this place will probably give you a heart attack. They lead you along a path of fault after fault giving the impression they either don't know what's wrong or they don't want to admit it. My dad first came into contact with this garage last year for recall work to be carried out. Whilst the car was there they called up a leak from the oil pump which my dad agreed to have done. This experience started as a 5 star effort, 10 months later the issues arrise leading it to a 1 star review and warning to all. Allow me to explain. 10 months after having an oil pump fitted, an “oil low” warning is displayed accompanied by a very bad noise from the engine bay however the level was not substantially low. Returning the car to the garage to “repair” the car we was told the oil pressure switch was faulty and also the noise was from the turbo being faulty. I instantly suspected a greater issue here as a faulty pressure switch would not effect oil delivery to the engine and turbo and my initial suspect was the oil pump had failed within it's 12 month warranty, however my dad trusted the garage and payed a substantial amount for a new switch and turbo. 100 miles later with my dad on his way to a coastal get away, oil light back and same noise. Returned to garage who now believe it's the oil pick up pipe at fault and require another large amount of money for that to be replaced however they were willing to pay for the turbo to be replaced. It also seems in this visit that the oil pump was replaced which to me confirms this component was the initial fault and cause for the issue all a long which means my dad shouldn't have paid for the first turbo. So any way dad gets his car back after spending even more money. This time the engine was running very poorly. Knocking at low revs and poor performance which to me sounded like the timing was out or oil deprivation had caused serious damage to the engine, but when asked to look at it the garage found nothing wrong with it. Which now leads me to our latest escapade, with our family holiday coming my dad checked the oil level of the car on the Friday and It was good, on Saturday driving to the airport we get every light on the dash come on and the engine cuts out leaving us stranded by the side of the m25. When we was recovered by the AA (a vital membership you must have when owning a vauxhall) he recorded that their was no oil on the dipstick. So great, another oil related issue which means another trip to this garage. So now, the feedback from the garage is that the oil level is now somehow back up to between the minimum and maximum lines. There's a loud noise from the engine and they expect my Dad to authorise and presumably pay for investigation into this noise as they suspect possible internal engine damage. This treatment is now leading us down a path of possible legal action.
