Google Bad Review:  AVOID AT ALL COST!!! I broke down outside this garage on the 18th of December 2017, I was told my timing belt has snapped & its damaged my engine, I was told it would cost me £800 cash to fix & also I would have my car back within a week fully working as if it was new. I was given my car back on the 23rd of December 2017 by the owner of the garage informing me that my car was repaired & ready for collection, I drove off from the garage to find my car was unfit & dangerous for the road & cutting out every time I came to stop, this happened within 10 minutes of picking my car up so I called the garage right away to be told I'm that his now closed for Christmas & to bring my car back on the 27th once he reopens, I took the car back on the 27th & kept an eye on what was happening with my car as I see it was sitting on the forecourt not being touched, after endless amounts of calls & texts with the owner of the garage, I randomly turned up to asked what was going on & to ask for a refund as no works was taken place & my car was still sitting in the same place as when I dropped it off.
I have since demanded a full refund as my car was still not fixed & I have been waiting for over 2
months for my car back to which he agreed & also informed me that engines is not his strong point but now has refused since picking my car up today the 23rd of February 2018 informing me he has spent money out trying to fix it, I did inform him that if he can't do a job then he shouldn't take the job on but he still refused to refund me my money.
I am now having to take legal action to recover my money back as my car is now having to be scrapped as he has caused more problems since using my car as an experiment.
I urge anyone seriously thinking of using this garage to think again as I don't want anyone else to go through what I have been through over the past 2 months with this sad excuse of a garage.
