Google Bad Review 1: I had horrible experience at Quilon, it was a special get together of our family and Quilon just ruined it all.
The service specially the manager who was attending us showed no sign of professionalism and was so rude. They really tested my patience as i was so uncomfortable i wanted to leave but didn’t, only because it was a family event which was already ruined by the staff.
If not lower than 0 i would rate my experience 0, very disappointed

Google Bad Review (2): Recommended by our concierge- unfortunately it was a miss.
The decor is beautiful but maybe the michelin star status got into their heads. Service was rude and inattentive we had three different servers that did not coordinate with each other.
The food was ok- definitely have had better around London- The Red Fort for example.
The last straw: Ordered dessert while my father abstained and just ordered tea, tea was no where to be found halfway through my dessert so I flagged down a manager (maybe-he was dressed in a suit) and asked about it – and instead of inquiring I watched him berate the servers. The tea comes, and the server who took the order apologized and tried to explain himself.
Just a really, really awkward experience. Won't be coming back unfortunately.
