Retail staff took their time with each customer, good if you were seen, bad if you were in queue. Waiting, standing, in the cold, it was a poor experience. Then when I eventually got seen, the promo they had on the website, was not available in the store I was told. It's only for a "few" select stores. Yet the website doesn't state this. Bummer. So I left. Then I find out, that this is a tactic the sales people use to quickly whittle the queue. You'd think a company as big and as mature as Vodafone wouldn't do these kinds of things, alas, I remember why I left them a decade ago.
