Google Bad Review 1:  The following happened during my experience with Mr Dweeb, who was fixing a cracked screen on my Honor 9:
* I was told my phone would be ready ‘by the end of the day' and it wasn't ready until the end of the following day (twice)
* I was told delivery would be ‘Thursday, Friday or Saturday at the latest' and that I should check the portal for an update. I checked on all three of these days and again on Sunday and Monday morning. I phoned on Tuesday to see what had happened and was told that I'd said I would go in over the weekend and hadn't shown up. This was then retracted and I was told ‘Oh no, that was another customer'.
* The first screen that was fitted cracked before it was sealed. I was told this had happened when it was being clamped overnight. The next day this story had changed to that it had happened when he was trying too push in the home button.
* I was told my phone was cheap.
* After the screen was replaced the first time, the ‘back' and ‘tab' buttons didn't work and I couldn't send or receive calls. I was told that this had probably happened when it had been dropped. I explained that this wasn't true as I had booked the phone in by calling the shop on it. I was told that I couldn't prove that, but then when I showed my phone record I was told that it wasn't necessary. He later admitted that he should have checked to see if my phone had been working before he started the repair.
* I was told that he couldn't have affected the functionality of the phone and when asked said, “I'm not going to try and explain electronics to you.” I asked him not to be patronising.
* I visited the shop four times over the course of three weeks to try and resolve the problem.
* When I took my phone in a third time, I was asked for my Pin number. I explained that I had already given him my number and he said, “Is it on the system”, before saying, “I'll just get it from you again.” When I asked for his assurance that my Pin number would be looked after as I had a lot of personal data on my phone, I was told that he didn't ‘care about (my) bank details' and that he was covered under the data protection act.
* I was told that my phone was ‘never going to work again properly'.
* I was told that the reason there was light coming out from under my screen was because the replacement screen wasn't ‘the right one'
* I was told that the engineer had worked overtime on my phone ‘just to get it fixed'
* When I told him he was being aggressive for swearing and raising his voice, I was told that being aggressive would be ‘going outside and punching someone in the street'.
* I was given a round of applause at one point and was told ‘this is patronising'
* I was threatened with the police for ‘scaring away customers' and ‘being unprofessional' in my manner, before being given a full refund

Google Bad Review (2):  I took my iPhone in to repair a broken screen. The charge was £75 and he would only take cash. As I left the shop my screen failed to be responsive to the touch but he fixed it with a soft re-set. He told me to bring it back if I continued to have problems. The problems continued and 2 days later I returned with the phone and now it had developed a hairline crack. He blamed the crack and said that would be another £55.00 because cracked screens are not responsive to the touch. Do not use this shop
