Google Bad Review (2):  Avoid at all costs from repairing or buying anything. Poor quality and extremely poor customer service. I waited 2 months for a keyboard replacement, being told every week to call again the next week. I’m a busy person, this was extremely frustrating. They would never call me to give me an update. I had to chase for two months, being sent from one employee to the other, none of which knew anything about my order. I called and they hung up on me when asking for my money back. At this time, I still didn’t get my order, nor my money back, and I’ve wasted valuable hours trying to get updates. The shop owner eventually threatened to not give me my money back if I don’t remove my review. I asked which part of my review he thinks is wrong and he just threatened to come and fight me. This is a total theft and I would recommend anyone who reads this to stay away from this time-wasting scam shop.

PS – check other reviews about this shop as well as other people had the same experience. I’ve reported to police and eventually had the money paid back by the bank.

UPDATE: Covent Garden Tech falsely reported (in reviews and to the police) that they paid back the refund.
