Google Bad Review:  Appalling customer service. Car wasn't ready when i came to collect and no one thought to flag the issue before i traveled 40 mins. Staff member I had dealt with didn't come out to talk to me but left a colleague to do it. I was told the car would be delivered three days later, no one contacted me to arrange the time (even on the day). Emailed and then called to be told the staff member was off and I would be called back in 20 mins to arrange time, 90 mins later and still waiting. I've been a customer of Mini/BMW for years (Country Garage in NI) and the service has always been impeccable, I never expected this type of behavior. Extremely disappointed.

Why is this when it’s no fault of mine how poor is this the after care is terrible they just want money money money I have been paying for this for over 4 years monthly and now I have to pay for a fault..let’s see if anyone gets in touch I have been reading On a forum that this is a common issue they should be sorting this out for me I can’t get it MOT without so I can’t get my Tax everything and everyone wants money money it’s so crazy I am currently looking for another car and I will not be using these as the after care services are appalling

Google Bad Review:  I'm not an active complainer but this place is beyond poor. From check in to the check out there's nothing you can wow. I took my car in for a recall service, end everything was agreed with emergency service and they selected this place expecting that the service would take maximum 5 days, when I got there, the person who attended me was basically trying to convince me that I should take the car somewhere else saying that it would take 1 month to be done. Ignoring that I left the car anyany way, and after 5 days I called them which was a struggle to get hold of someone. After trying over trying I spoke with someone that said the car was being check on that time and the all conversation didn't really focus on the motive I took the car in but on what else I should do in order for them to charge me. After 40mnts I received a call saying the car was ready to collect. 1 month to 5 days this is an atchivement. is improving. Went there next day to collect the car. The next thing I realise in 5 mints is that my radio and God knows what more is not working. Took it back in after 1 hour the 1 month guy said may be 10 mints and this was 30 mints ago I am still waiwaiting and God knows till when. No organization no professionalism no commitment and no customer service. How can you trust in a place delivering this type of service. My advice to you whatever you have to do go somewhere else .

Google Bad Review 1:  I'm not an active complainer but this place is beyond poor. From check in to the check out there's nothing you can wow. I took my car in for a recall service, end everything was agreed with emergency service and they selected this place expecting that the service would take maximum 5 days, when I got there, the person who attended me was basically trying to convince me that I should take the car somewhere else saying that it would take 1 month to be done. Ignoring that I left the car anyany way, and after 5 days I called them which was a struggle to get hold of someone. After trying over trying I spoke with someone that said the car was being check on that time and the all conversation didn't really focus on the motive I took the car in but on what else I should do in order for them to charge me. After 40mnts I received a call saying the car was ready to collect. 1 month to 5 days this is an atchivement. is improving. Went there next day to collect the car. The next thing I realise in 5 mints is that my radio and God knows what more is not working. Took it back in after 1 hour the 1 month guy said may be 10 mints and this was 30 mints ago I am still waiwaiting and God knows till when. No organization no professionalism no commitment and no customer service. How can you trust in a place delivering this type of service. My advice to you whatever you have to do go somewhere else .

Google Bad Review (2):  I am writing to tell all about the absolutely appalling service that I've received from Mini Park Lane London. I wanted to purchase a Mini for my elderly mother as a gift as we had just lost dad and I wanted to cheer her up. My remit was to buy a car quickly as I was going abroad for a fair while that could be delivered to Kent for her as she was frightened about driving in London. I visited Mini Park Lane and agreed to purchase a car and agreed on a price inclusive of delivery on the basis they would deliver the car 2 days later and paid the deposit on that basis.

Two days later, on the day of delivery, I had sent the money via electronic banking in the morning but their banking system was slow to confirm they had received the payment from us and by the time they received the money at around 2.30 pm on the day of delivery, the very unhelpful/ quite rude staff decided to add a retrospective caveat that they only had one driver and he had to leave early to deliver the car as he had to get back to London mid afternoon, something that hadn’t previously been mentioned. They then refused to deliver the car despite the price including delivery. This left us completely stuck having bought the car, my mother to scared to drive in London and they refusing to deliver the car which left my 78 year old mother very stressed and upset over the whole experience. It totally ruined what was supposed to be a fun and exciting experience and a treat.

I have dealt with many Mini/BMW dealerships in the past in both my company and personally and I have always found the dealership staff to be helpful, courteous and professional and have NEVER had a situation where the dealer has reneged on an agreement after purchase and then be so rude and unhelpful without any apologies. I cannot complain strongly enough over the dealings I have had with Mini Park Lane London, I strongly advise anyone considering buying from them to think again!!

Google Bad Review 1:  Avoid! Rude, threatening, disrespectful, discriminatory are a few words that come to mind describing this place. So I went here a few years ago and found a car I liked. I did my research and found same spec for £1000 cheaper. So I went back in and asked if they could knock any money off it at all. I would of even settled for £100 off. The salesman dealing with it got very threatening and aggressive. The manager came out and condoned this behaviour and was also very rude and aggressive. They ended up stating, that they would not drop the price of the car by £1. The manager and two salesmen being very aggressive bullied me away from Stephen James. This was thuggish behaviour. They did not take me seriously because of my age, ironically one week later I bought the £1000 cheaper car I found from a main dealer. I am unsure if it was my age or my ethnicity, either way, the behaviour shown on that day was disgraceful, and I hope no one ever visits this place, run by a bunch of bullies and thugs. I contacted head office and they were just as bad, ignoring my complaint and very rude. Avoid at all costs if you do not wish to be scammed or threatened. If only we could give 0 stars.

Google Bad Review (2):  We went to look at a Mini at this showroom. After reconsidering we spoke to Les in sales to put a deposit down. He agreed and advised me that another couple were looking at the Mini, but stated I would have first refusal on the vehicle. Les spoke to his manager and returned after ten minutes to advise us the couple had purchased the Mini. I was a bit confused and he explained the manager had decided to sell the vehicle to the other couple. We had spent the best part of the morning at the dealership and wanted to make an informed decision as anyone would do. The unprofessional reason given was that we had left the showroom. Despite us returning within five minutes and advising Les of our intentions to buy, well before the other couple agreeing to purchase. This was clearly unprofessional conduct by this dealership and I would not recommend anyone to this place They should be investigated for unprofessional conduct.

Google Bad Review 1:  The mechanic sprayed my car engine with some kind of oil based solvent that sprayed onto areas of the exterior. I never asked for a clean up of the engine nor ever had one on any car I owned. No clean up of the mess, I have permanent stains on wiper arms, and they don’t have car washing because of costs blamed on covid. Coincidentally my ac no longer works after this visit. I knew one tire needed help but was told another tire has a nail. Almost £300 quoted to replace two tires! I took it to a neighborhood shop, £55 for a new tire, £0 to have a small nail removed that never punctured the tire. They also suggested a full brake system replacement. That will be handled by my local shop likely for 50% less. This place is a rip off with lazy mechanics and management that is very good at backpeddling and offering no immediate solution to a problem. Never again!

Google Bad Review 1:  I tried to obtain 2 quotes, one for a gearbox service and a full service. This proved to be difficult, staff over the phone i found offer poor quality service and i even said i was recommended to them by a good friend of mine who used to work for Mercedes Benz, but they didn't seem to care about that nor did they seem interested by it. I had tried previously tried a few months back to get these quotes and didn't hear back from them. Clearly this business doesn't put customers first, well that's the impression i was left with when speaking to Paul. Cut the experience short, for your Mercedes i recommend using Mercedes Benz Temple Fortune, service is great & efficient. Service is something you can't compromise, it's worth paying a little more for that!

I have no idea where to begin in regards to the cowboys that are at work at this company. Right I took my car to this “Mercedes specialist” as a last resort because my car completely cut out and couldn’t be towed as far as an actual Mercedes specialist. So we took it to Bmerc upon arrival they seemed helpful and reliable which unfortunately wasn’t a sign of things to come. It took this “Mercedes specialist” over 6 months to fix my vehicle and I say fix but even that is a compliment to them because they just about did that. All that they managed to do was turn the vehicle on. After 6 months of being told “it’ll be ready next week” or the many “I’ll call you tomorrow to discuss” which never happened I always had to call them to find anything out. They only managed to turn the vehicle on the steering wheel didn’t work, my car horn didn’t work. Any warning messages that came up on the dash remained there, a “Mercedes specialist” couldn’t even remove a few simple warning lights it’s honestly laughable what they done with my vehicle. They didn’t have a clue what was wrong and they didn’t know how to resolve it, they went with the trial and error approach which shouldn’t even be in a specialists vocabulary but Bmerc are certainly not specialists in anything but ripping people off. Upon further inspection of my vehicle (by mechanics who actually knew what they were doing) it seems Bmerc use tissue and cable ties to keep things in place, I mean this alone shows how shoddy their work is. Cable ties and tissue were actually found behind my horn where they just tried to do anything and everything to get the car switched on. An absolute shambles of a place. I was charged over £3000 for my car being in their garage for over 6 months. To this day I don’t believe Bmerc actually fitted any new or replacement parts to my car if anything I would say some parts of my vehicle were parts from a car they took from some other poor soul that they ripped off. Even reading through the reviews you can tell they can’t ever accept being in the wrong and everything they do is perfect, which I promise you couldn’t be further from the truth. Please if you are looking to get your Mercedes or BMW fixed AVOID BMERC AT ALL COSTS everything I have said in this review is factual and I know that the people at Bmerc will remember me because I probably paid the garages rent/electricity and water bill for at least 2 months. So to sum up I paid over £3000 To have my car switched on that was it everything they done messing about with the car (because they didn’t have a clue what they were doing) was if anything more detrimental to my car. I hope this review reaches as many people as possible because I won’t allow companies like BMERC to continuously rip people off. It is establishments like BMERC that gives mechanics and garages a bad name. PLEASE AVOID AT ALL COSTS DO NOT LEAVE YOUR CAR WITH THESE PEOPLE FOR ANY LONGER THAN A DAY THEY HAVEN’T GOT A CLUE WHAT THEY ARE DOING AND THEY WILL MAKE YOU PAY FOR THE MISTAKES THEY MAKE. BELIEVE ME AVOID AVOID AVOID.
