Google Bad Review (2): This company is very badly managed, please see below:
– The company number is not updated
– Director is always on holiday when you want to complain (says the receptionist every time you call)
– Never give references to temp staff (Constantly making excuses) If the manager is on holiday, please get someone else to do your refs? Its common sense.
– Ruins peoples chance of employment when they tend to apply for a role (Many many staff were not employed in their new roles due to not receiving reference
– They offer qualifications which can be questioned e.g. NVQ Level 2 and 3 – Dodgy
– Company is run by bunch of cow boys (Andrew), very poor attitude and have carried their culture and village in this professional environment.
To all the hardworking healthcare staff please avoid this company.
Message to Rock London: I have had too many candidates complained about your services and also they have been bullied for years when they were unfairly treated. I have experienced their service myself and I was absolutely appalled to know that we are in year 2018 and these sort of companies still exists.
p.s the previous feedbacks and reviews given on this page are part of the internal staff at The Rock London. You are not fooling anyone anymore.
You have scammed candidates out of £££ and the certificates you issue out are very dodgy too.
