Google Bad Review (2):  I had a filling done there today at 11am. At 4pm the whole filling crumbled and fell out. I called the surgery and spoke to a lady on reception, who, after I told her what had happened, said the dentist (Anthony Wong) had left the surgery for the day and then very kindly hung up the phone and immediately switched on the answering machine. I called back immediately several times but it's Friday afternoon and they are not going to answer.
The last filling I had done there a month ago started to deteriorate after about two weeks. It's not cheap.
Don't go there.

Google Bad Review 1:  Had many problems with another pharmacy so changed to Lloyd's sainsbury, big mistake on the first time of using them and ordered one item. After 14 days and many calls I was told the clinic has not issued the item and they had requested the item A further two times. After going down to the clinic and asking why we have not received prescription they said it was issued to Lloyd's 11 days ago, so what a waste of time Lloyd's sainsbury have caused and the even blamed the clinic as they had proof of requests, BUT THEY HAD THE PRESCRIPTION IN WITH THEM ALL THE TIME NOT TO MENCHION THEY ORDERED THREE ITEMS NOT ONE.
Hope this is a one off. Now to copy to head office

Google Bad Review 1:  Worked for nelft trust for nearly 4 years as a student and qualified . Experienced psychological bullying by managers both as a student and as a qualified. No support for junior members of staff in my opinion. No forum to whistle blow without fear of harm to the whistle blowers career.

Senior managers like to congratulate each other on twitter whilst overlooking issues facing front line staff. Recent CQC report cites nelft not ‘well led' and' requires improvement'.

Nelft: Why do you have such a high turnover of staff? Why if you are in the business of caring for service users, why not look after your staff first and not put bullies in management roles? Maybe you would have a happier workforce and have not such a high turnover of staff. I'm sure employing new staff costs quite a bit. If you managed to retain staff then maybe the trust could save some money and reinvest this money specifically in improving client care.

There are some lovely people working for nelft but in my experience they aren't in management roles.

Google Bad Review 1:  Awful service. Have tried several times to get s referral as recommended by Great Ormond St hospital. Several times his referral has been rejected. Saying child does not meet the threshold for their service, despite child presenting why serious mental health difficulties and a diagnosed neurological condition that results in self injury, anxiety and poor impulse control. if this does not meet threshold for CAMHS intervention I do not know what would! From the sounds of below its unlikely they would be much help either if he did meet threshold. Either way when they discharged him they refuse to signpost or refer him to anywhere else. Shocking and disgraceful. Poor child can't even get on the list and he cant get referred to any other servjce such as neurologist or educational psychologist without CAMHS or GP involvement. All of which , along with paediatrician are washing their hands of this poor child.

Google Bad Review (2):  Not recommended. Initially referred to Mind Matters Barnet, which I believe became Barnet IAPT. The issues I experienced included not being assessed for the condition referred for (initially by Mind Matters Barnet, however Barnet IAPT then tried to repeat this error) and when I was finally referred for treatment, I was referred to a person who had previously been struck off the NMC Register. This really hindered me getting the help and support I need and therefore my condition has deteriorated.

Senior managers like to congratulate each other on twitter whilst overlooking issues facing front line staff. Recent CQC report cites nelft not ‘well led' and' requires improvement'.

Nelft: Why do you have such a high turnover of staff? Why if you are in the business of caring for service users, why not look after your staff first and not put bullies in management roles? Maybe you would have a happier workforce and have not such a high turnover of staff. I'm sure employing new staff costs quite a bit. If you managed to retain staff then maybe the trust could save some money and reinvest this money specifically in improving client care.

There are some lovely people working for nelft but in my experience they aren't in management roles.

Along with 17 other teams from various companies and organisations, we raced across London to reach every stop on the Monopoly board within a 4-hour time limit. Team CG did the challenge on foot and came 5th overall. The teams raised over £8500 for Whitechapel Mission which supports homeless people with a day centre, skills training and career advice, activity programmes and specialist support for complex needs.
