Not an experience which inspired confidence, I'll try somewhere else.

I am never able to get a appointment within a week for my 4 year old and there is no help from a very uninterested staff, who once again suggest going to A&E. So as always use Seldoc and within 2 hours have had a phone consultation, doctor appointment and am walking out of the pharmacy with a prescription. Come on Jenner do you have any idea what your community thinks of you?

I was very disappointed to have my appointment canceled, albeit soon after I had booked today, on calling back to try to re-schedule I was told that the cancellation policy is essentially one way (so no discount if they don't hold up their end).

I understand emergencies happen (I'm told the doctor had an urgent house visit), but I think this could have been handled far better from them, and it's sad that I'll now have to find another clinic out of principle.
