Google Bad Review:  Dire customer services from this company. I ordered and paid for a product over the phone beginning of the week and was promised delivery within a couple of days. Next day I received email message to inform me product not in stock and delivery will be made in two weeks time. 17 days later and no delivery, no information. Absolutely terrible services. I had to call on day 17 and be told “product is in and will deliver within 3 days” Really in this day and age of next day deliveries??? Horrified by customer services attitude. They don't give a damn and I won't be using the company ever again and I will ensure work colleagues, friends, neighbours and family members stay clear of doing any business with such bad company – unprofessional and ignorant. Shocking!!
To the public please don't use them. So incensed I cancelled delivery and requested full refund. They are incompetent! Please save yourself the frustrations and disappointments which isn't good for your health. Health and care are only interested in getting your money but fails to deliver on their promises!
