Google Bad Review 1:  The operator confirmed with me that the dating scan is including checking the fluid of the baby's neck, and so I go ahead and booked the appointment. I read more on the next day and find out the scan I am looking for is called Nuchal Scan, not the dating scan. The price of their NT Scan is a lot more than other Clinic, so I called them to cancel the appointment, but they refused to refund the deposit as it's less than 48 hours. They gave false information and I think they should take responsibility no matter what. I am very disappointed with this.

Google Bad Review 1:  The operator confirmed with me that the dating scan is including checking the fluid of the baby's neck, and so I go ahead and booked the appointment. I read more on the next day and find out the scan I am looking for is called Nuchal Scan, not the dating scan. The price of their NT Scan is a lot more than other Clinic, so I called them to cancel the appointment, but they refused to refund the deposit as it's less than 48 hours. They gave false information and I think they should take responsibility no matter what. I am very disappointed with this.

Google Bad Review 1:  Really disappointing experience at The Harley street clinic, where I felt totally misled.
Booked in for a follicle scan which is advertised online as being able to track that eggs are maturing properly and predict ovulation dates. Instead of that, the scan was completed without any feedback or consultation, I was simply sent an email with a report which is completely useless unless you are a fertility expert. It was a complete waste of £120, and had total misleading information online. I had told the clinic I did not have a consultant and was not being referred to them, and yet still they allowed me to take a scan with results that I would not have any understanding of. This is only a worthwhile scan, if the report is being interpreted by a consultant, otherwise do not waste your money.

Google Bad Review (2):  Not the kindest of people to go for a scan. I went for a early scan 7 weeks and was told by the sonographer that my baby would probably die before I go for my 12 week scan, despite me having an earlier NHS scan in the week at which I was told that everything was fine. I wasn't offered any counselling or support before I left. When I went in for the scan there was no where for me to get undressed with out being in full view of the sonographer- no curtain so I could retain my dignity. While having the scan ( a vaginal scan) one of the receptionists kept coming in and out- I felt really vunerable. I should have trusted my instincts and cancelled the scan and gone elsewhere. I would never go here again. Don;t waste your time or money on these people- they prey on the vunerable and it seems that unless you are a private patient they couldn't give two hoots about you and how you are feeling at such a difficult time.

Google Bad Review 1:  I am very disappointed at the service I received and the treatment of the Optician i was assisted by, to start with i was seen 20 mins late for my appointment, and did not receive acknowledgement or apology for the lateness and when i told the Optician that i am excused from wearing the mask, he still forced to do so. None of my questions were answered professionally, as the answer was , i don't know how long your healing will take, and he went out of his way to use medical terms when i asked more questions. very disappointing
