Google Bad Review 1:  I wouldn't normally write reviews on Google but this is a special case. I arrived in the morning to this surgery to gain an appointment on the same day as I was feeling some pains in my back, chest and arm. I was greeted at the door with a sign that says “Surgery closed for electrical work – 08/06/2019”, the date was 10/06/2019. They receptionist were so lazy that they did not even take these signs off which was causing confusion to other people. I walked into the GP as it opened to be greeted with “The booking system is not working”. I wavered on an was given an appointment at 13:30. I left my work place early and traveled 1 hour(I work near Kings Cross) to arrive at the surgery 13:10 mins ahead of time. After waiting for about 40 mins, I became concern so I spoke to the receptionist where she informed me that the doctor was running late with a patient. Not an issue, I was happy to wait for another 10 mins when I was then called to see the doctor. After speaking to her for 5 mins, she quickly deduced that I needed to go to BLOODY A&E!. So I wasted about 2 hours whilst being away from work just to be told to go to A&E!.

I went to a private GP(WHICH I PAID FOR!) where I was seen straight away and was told that the pain I was feeling did not warrant a visit to A&E, I was prescribe some medicines and as I am writing this review, I am feeling a lot better.

I feel as though the doctor who saw me rushed through my consultation just to make up for her falling behind and could have taken more time to look at the issue before diagnosing me with “Visiting A&E”.

P.S: Turns out it was just muscular pains, not a HEART PROBLEM as she mentioned.

Poor Service
Not so patient doctors
Not very informative receptionist.
Would not recommend

They really need a new practice manager or restructure, otherwise they would keep getting negative reviews.

Google Bad Review 1:  Avoid their GP services at all costs. I needed an emergency GP at the weekend in December. I was told I wouldn't be charged the fee until the doctor had attended but that wasn't the case and my card was immediately charged £150. They could not find me a doctor so the whole thing was a complete waste of time. I have requested a refund on multiple occasions and never had a reply to my emails and obviously no refund… very frustrating when you trust companies like this when you need medical attention. Avoid.

For a a very expensive private clinic its pitiful
No aftercare whatsoever!!!! Please do not go to this clinic.
Extortional charges and no aftercare!
We have been to other private clinics and this is more expensive, but although the floor was half empty , everything was very slow.
My father was discharged and they gave us phone number to call, but no discharge advise or leaflet or what needs to be done etc.
My father had temperature and I called them to ask what to do, and this was next day after we left for home and they told they don't know who he is. After I told them that he was their patient and had surgery 1 day ago, they said, and I am not kidding that they do not hold the record of the patient that has been discharged!!!! I have never heard anything like that even in 3rd world countries.
After all my father had a surgery in this place!
After I made a fuss they said they will contact the consultant, but of course, consultant won't be available at 11 pm in the evening. So they did not help us or did not suggest anything. And my father is of advanced age and leaving him with high temperature is extremely dangerous. Fortunately I have lots of doctors in my family and they told me what do to. Otherwise, the whole thing This clinic is a disgrace.
DO NOT EVER GO THERE.

Google Bad Review 1:  After an unsuccessful gynecomastia surgery the signature clinic promised a second surgery to resolve the issue.
They never got back in touch and after reaching out to them I was offered a “fat freezing” session (the issue was tissue not fat so this was of no use).
When contacting them they continually said they'd arrange a follow up surgery but weren't able to.
The surgery itself was weird. It lacked privacy, the door was often open during the duration of the surgery.
I would seriously consider a more professional place if you're looking to have surgery.

Google Bad Review (2):  Had a chin implant and I was left numb with nerve damage. I couldn’t feel my bottom lip and had a crooked smile. Dr Nessi listened to me and helped me get a revision surgery done. I can feel my lip now but it is still crooked and not sitting correctly. The 1st surgeon was terrible so rude and argued with dr Nessi about it while I was sat there. Dr Nessi was trying to help. This being said though I am really unhappy with my results and now have to pay to get it done by someone that is experienced in this surgery. Someone was supposed to be getting back in touch with me after I spoke to the last on the phone about it all and requested my notes but have not heard back still. I would not go back here for anything. Cheaper isn’t always best as you may end up having to pay twice again to get it fixed, and a few thousand pounds is still a lot of money to loose. I have been given advice and will be getting it fixed again. It has been a really stressful experience and regret having had it done totally devastated with my result and now trying to fix one problem have a new problem as my smile is now completely changed.

Google Bad Review (2):  Misleading and uncaring hospital. They cancelled my mother's surgery at the very last minute because hospital does not have capacity to care for elderly patients in case of a complication due to anesthesia (These are the anesthetic doctor's words).
They should not accept a patient and take them through pre assesment to cancel them a day before surgery. A patient should be made aware on the day one to avoid disappointment and pain.
Unethical, avoid at all cost.

Google Bad Review 1:  If you are older than 30 or the type of person you want to get the worth of your money, it's best that you do not go to this doctor. His treatments do not work unless you are very young, he pretended he was injecting me with fillers when he injected nothing, and when I complained he left me in the room and left for Paris with his assistant! The receptionist came in and gave me a very cheap excuse about this doctor's behavior.

Google Bad Review (2):  I would say that I was expecting excellent results after injections as the clinic is advertised perfectly.
However
I ve booked an appointment with Dr Drey, mentioning that I want only him. When I arrived to the clinic , I was informed that another doctor will take care of me and Dr. drey is not there that day.
As I understand from other reviews- this is the policy of the clinic- which is not appropriate.
Second and main- the injections were done totally wrong – my face looked worse than when I came- the eyes became very small and the face looked round and fatty. I had to have a consultation with a well known professor and was recommended to get rid of the fillers as they were overdone and put in the wrong places. I had to do injections to get rid of all fillers, and went for totally different treatments- Smas and BBL, which fitted me perfectly and my Face is natural again.
I had a half year staying away from meetings, I was shy to meet friends.
You decide- if you trust what they do.
The service itself and hygiene is great, that is why I put 2 stars.

Google Bad Review 1:  Sadly for me my experience was a big miss. First of all I left the appointment not totally happy with the outcome because in her opinion nothing more could be done, whereas with previous doctors more was done and with brilliant results. Then came the most annoying part. The day before my top up appointment I did the right thing and called to inform them I had covid so would not be able to come the next day. They refused to reschedule my appointment saying that by the time they had availability within the required time frame, my free to pop allowance wouldn’t be valid anymore. So I have to book and pay for a new one. Ridiculous and situations like this are exactly why some people don’t disclose when they are sick. They just lost a client who won’t be coming back and won’t be purchasing any of the products they recommended, because yes they will try to make you buy products and non invasive treatments in the clinic.
I would like to reply that if you wanted to do the right thing, like I did by notifying, you should have rescheduled me after 4 weeks. No matter how far it is from my initial appointment since this is what I paid for, initial appointment plus review. Sorry but no you cannot justify your handling of the situation. Takeaway from all of this: I should have just come to my appointment and lied. Lesson learned thank you

Google Bad Review (2):  (Translated by Google) I do not recommend this place at all. The service is not nice and the doctor's behavior is reprehensible. This lady loves money and not your work. I paid a visit on Saturday at £ 80.00 where they called me an hour but the doctor will not show up and I can postpone the visit to Sundays but I have not mentioned that the price will change. On Sunday, about 2 hours before the visit, I was told that the visit would cost £ 100.00 where I called and said it was not an order because I did not just visit the doctor. Then how I noticed that this is not an option and that I said that I will use your services because I mean the child's health, but for sure more on the phone my pediatrician called the doctor that I will not treat her staff in this way because this is a private clinic and where I also do not use their services for free and left my child without a visit. She told me that I should use emergency. She left a sick child without help … it is not called a pediatrician but only a pseudo doctor who only looks at the pocket not on your small patients I do not recommend this place or this doctor at all. Conductive behavior!

To miejsce wogole nie polecam. Obsługa jest nie miła oraz lekarki zachowanie jest karygodne. Ta pani kocha pieniadze a nie swoją prace.Umówiłam wizytę w sobotę w cenie £80.00 gdzie zadzwonili mi po godzinę ze jednak pani doktor sie nie pojawi i ze moge przełożyć wizytę na niedziele ale juz nie wspomnieli ze cena ulegnie zmienia. W niedziele około 2 h przed wizyta napisano mi ze wizyta bedzie kosztować £100.00 gdzie ja zadzwoniłam i powiedziałam ze to nie jest wporzadku bo nie ja przełożyłam wizytę tylko lekarz. Po czym jak zwróciłam uwagę ze to nie jest wporzadku i ze powiedziałam ze skorzystam z państwa usług bo chodzi mi o zdrowie dziecka ale napewno nogdy więcej to po moim telefonie zadzwoniła sam pediatra lekarz ze nie bede traktować jej personelu w taki sposób bo to jest prywatne klinika a gdzie ja tez za darmo tez nie korzystam z ich usług i zostawiła moje dziecko bez wizyty.Powiedziala ze mam sobie z emergency skorzystać.Zostawila chore dziecko bez pomocy… to sie nie nazywa lekarz pediatra tylko pseudo lekarz który tylko patrzy na kieszeń a nie na swoich małych pacjentow Nie polecam wogole tego miejsca ani tego lekarza. Karygodne zachowanie !
