Google Bad Review:  Had an awful experience at the croydon clinic! My visit was for an early reassurance scan however I left feeling even more on edge. I can not fault any of the assistants or reception staff they were lovely and very helpful. However the lady that was doing the scan T. Dhillon was extremely cold as soon as we walked in the room there was no hello or smile, She started the scan and there was about 5 minutes of complete silence while she looked around! At this point all I could see was her face and her facial expressions which she was frowning and sighing and screwing up her face! There was no reassurance or even to say “ok cherise I’m just having a look around” just silence with her awful facial expressions, by this point she had put the fear in me that something was wrong by the atmosphere in the room, thank god luckily she did find the baby in the end but even when she did in a very cold voice she said “ok (pause) we found the baby, it’s small that’s why we ask you to come later on , you can get changed now) she didn’t even say bye as we left the room. Me and my partner were so shocked at her cold and heartless personality. Why offer early scans if you get annoyed when people come in plus I’m the one paying for it? Also she has no idea what people have gone through to even get to this point so she should really be more sensitive in her approach because in my case I had been through a lot. Unfortunately she is the only sonographer at that clinic so we will be going elsewhere. Would not recommend!!
