Google Bad Review:  I have been on hold for 71 mins at time of writing this to change a booked app.Why can appointments not be changed via My Gp app?? This wait time is totally unacceptable and frustrating.Recently a local paper investigated waiting times and i am tempted to bring Manorbrook's unacceptable waiting times of 71 mins to their attention!! And it is not the same at other practices like receptionist suggested . I know this for a fact due to my occupation. How are the elderly expected to afford a 71 minute telephone call !! Partners and managers need to stand up and take notice of all the negative reviews on this site . If i could give 0 stars i would .
