Google Good Review:  I have only joined few days ago, but so far so goos. I went for massage, Zumba classes and used both sauna and steam.

Google Bad Review:  An absolute disgrace of customer service – not even worth a star. Avoid at any cost – no one wants to deal with such people and I wouldn't wish this to my enemies. The manager (?) will use any occasion to misinform or lie to you.

She lied to me about a number of things such as the notice period, freezing options, and even referral scheme (there are still posters all around the gym with wrong info and she just does not care!); not to mention, she refused to show me T&Cs. Extremely unpleasant, shady and greedy bunch.

The gym equipment is clearly not taken care of. Broken equipment is just moved around instead of being fixed. Save yourselves a breath to raise it with them unless you're keen to be lied to again.

If you do consider joining them for any reason, make sure you do read all T&Cs – you will see a lot of RED FLAGS there. To give you a glimpse – if you sign up for 1 month pay-as-you-go membership it might actually take you up to 3 months to cease your membership despite being assured there is only 1 month cancellation period at first. They also give themselves the right not to confirm the receipt of your cancellation for 10 days which means it is not in effect and might prolong your notice period to 4 months (!!!)… for a pay-as-you-go service.

Honestly, living in the UK I'm used to very different standard of customer service as well as transparency. It's shocking to me this place still exists.
