Google Bad Review 1:  The guy working there seems fairly professional and helpful, but the woman has some serious attitude issues and seems to think that everything is more important than serving, or at least not overcharging the customers! She wouldn't accept card payment from me, she simply told me, the cash machine is right around the corner! The first time she didn't bother giving me couple of pounds change… When I went there for the last piece of carpet, she was alone in the shop and she had to cut the piece herself. I quoted length and width, but she said she can't do less than 1m width along the whole length of the carpet. I said OK. She then went on to do the clumsiest job ever, while holding her phone with the other hand and clearly not giving a damn for her customer! Starting with the width of 101cm and finishing with the width of 83cm! And as far as she was concerned she was done dealing with me! When she finally, reluctantly decided to interrupt her private phone conversation for a moment and hear what I have to say, I asked her, since she did such a horrible job, in case I end up with a gap in my hall, will she give me properly cut replacement piece? Her answer was: “You have to cut very carefully!” The piece wasn't expensive but it's a matter of principle, so no I will not deal with this shop again, and I don't think anyone should!

Google Bad Review (2):  DISHONEST. They will treat you differently if you aren't Turkish or muslim, like they decide the price of the service depending on their mood. My boyfriend is bald, he got in for a shave, did it quite casually with the elecric shaver and gave a quick shave to his very short beard. They asked for 12 pounds, didn't accept card. So he went to withdraw 20 pounds and when he went to pay the price became 20 because of the beard. Horrible people. Oh, and of course they didn't release a receipt.

Google Bad Review (2):  Don't go here. Rubbish place. Hairdressers (if they are) know nothing. My hair was rubbish done and I almost burnt under the steamer which was leaking. I told the lady and she said they know and they will fix it. Why use it on a client when it's not working well? I was kept under the dryer for an hour completely unnecessary and the lady was not even coming to check on me. I went out under the dryer and fixed my own hair. And they speak loud in East African language, no consideration for the clients. First and last time there. My regular hairdresser in Harlesden was on holiday otherwise I would never have set foot there. Impossible to give zero stars so I gave 1 reluctantly.
