Google Bad Review 1:  They price competitively and move quickly but they damaged the floors in our new property and are costing us hundreds of pounds in repairs because they won't admit wrongdoing despite our providing evidence to the contrary (which they left out of the insurance report). We now have to spend even more time dealing with the case whilst it is under review.

Furthermore they left items left in drawers, closets, on the walls, even leaving our things in the middle of floors! They used all our mugs for tea/coffee & left them all dirty in the sink for me to wash & move myself but no washing liquid for me to do it! Many frames & fragile goods were damaged or broken including irreplaceable sentimental items, like a porcelain print of my baby's feet at 6 weeks old the only keepsake I had – smashed. I could't raise all these issues immediately after the move as it took weeks to fully unpack so they are trying to dismiss and discredit my claim, which just underlines their lack of decent service.

Moving is stressful enough as it is, but you should know our experience so you don't end up disappointed and out of pocket like us.
