3年前に訪れたときは、シングルルームを予約していましたが、案内された部屋は、エレベーターを利用しての上層階で綺麗な広い部屋で、窓を開け開放的な空間にがすっかり気に入り、再予約して3年ぶりに来ました。期待を膨らませて案内された部屋は窓も開かない狭いお部屋。前回より一つ上のスーペリアシングルルームなのに、間違えてる？と思ってたくらいでした。エアコンをつけたらカビのような臭いがして、以前の印象がとても良かったので、本当にがっかりでした。今回の旅行は、少し長いので、他の場所の宿泊を挟んで、またその後も同じホテルに滞在することになっています。この現状を知っていたら、恐らく予約はしていなかったと思います。そのくらい残念に思いました。キャンセルできないプランでの予約なので仕方ありませんが不安に思います。
