Google Bad Review 1: I wish I could write the most complimentary of reviews, but sadly, Morris Dry Cleaning left us thoroughly disappointed. We handed them an expensive set of bespoke lined curtains, never before treated, and they ruined them. They returned them crumpled, with inner structure gone, and the fabric seriously damaged in several places. Now they hang like old washing clothes, and not even very clean. The whole idea of taking them to dry cleaning was about safety. I could have achived the same result by tossing them in the washing machine set to a random program. They delivered them in sealed bags, with a ceremonious demeanor which suggested everything was all right. When I started to hang them I was in shock. This happened weeks ago, and I haven't filed a complaint ever since. I needed to divert my attention because it was too much. To say I expected better for our 140 pounds and our commitment to support local business is a huge understatement. Zero stars. P.S. – After 3 years, reaction. All denial, of course. Not to start an argument, but where exactly do you see written in my review that I opened and checked the curtains after several weeks?

Google Bad Review (2): Would give this place ZERO stars if I could! Don't no how such businesses are still around, they overcharge you and ruin your cloths. Definitely running a fraudulent business as I am sure they use a standard washing machine, only explanation for my jumper loosing colour and shrinking. AVOID AVOID AVOID!
