Google Bad Review 1:  THESE IDIOTS STOLE MY MONEY AND DIDN’T REPAIR MY KEY EVEN THOUGH THEY TOLD ME THEY HAD. THEY THINK IT IS FUNNY AND CALL ME COMPLAINING A JOKE.
THE MASTER LOCKSMITH ARE A BUNCH OF ABSOLUTE THIEVES AND COWBOYS!
YOU SAY “Sorry we have no record of you being a valid customer” ARE YOU BEING SERIOUS, IS THAT THE BEST YOU CAN COME UP WITH?

YOU SAY “Please find someone else to bother as this is becoming a joke now”. SO KEEPING MY MONEY, LYING TO ME IS FUNNY TO YOU??

YOU SAY “We have done nothing wrong and have never lied to any of our customers”. WELL GUESS WHAT, YOU LIED TO ME AND STILL HAVE NOT COMPLETELY REFUNDED ME MY MONEY SO WHY ARE YOU LYING?

YOU SAY “My honest opinion is that you are a joke”. MY HONEST OPINION IS THAT YOU ARE A LYING BASTARD WHO LIED TO ME, DIDN’T REPAIR MY KEY DESPITE SENDING ME A LETTER CONFIRMING IT HAD BEEN REPAIRED AND KEPT MY MONEY.

YOU ARE A JOKE. YOUR CUSTOMER SERVICE IS A JOKE. YOU ARE A LIAR. DO NOT USE THESE IDIOTS!

Google Reviewer 2, Name (Bad Review):  Lee Smith

Google Bad Review (2):  AVOID!! DO NOT USE!!. I lost my car key and they gave me a price and told me their technician would call me to arrange a visit. I had to call back the next day and the same thing happened. I called one last time and they said my key was discontinued (which was a lie) and it would cost £70 more. So I called one of their competitors and he reprogrammed a new key for me the next day for cheaper than they quoted….

Even now they don’t accept they gave me rubbish service and say I’m to blame and frustrated because of my own mistake. To may things clear, twice someone took my details and promised me a phone call back and booking. I never received a call. Also they made up some story about my key being discontinued when other companies had no issue. This is nothing to do with my frustration for losing my key, I’m highlighting poor service. I would not recommend this company to anyone I know, even more so after their lack of apology.
