But they did not call me back and charged me visit fee for a cancelled visit. I didn't cancel i only asked if i can reschedule. Unprofessional. Time wasters. Liars. Poor communicators. Waste of time. Avoid if you want an honest professional service. They will not even care about your side of the story. They think they are right and everyone else is wrong. They need to teach all their staff and enroll on a course for customer service. They say the customer is always right. But this company says i was wrong wrong wrong and i cancelled the visit when i did not. Private healthcare companies should provide good service -that is why we choose them. This company is shocking. Do not waste your time and money with these people! Visit health is a joke!
