Google Bad Review 1:  I have tried calling the centre for 3 consecutive days now! No one ever answers the phone! So in order to resolve any issues you have to physically go into the centre. Very poor customer service and experience!

My children have been attending swim school for nearly a year and there are only 2 showers (in the hallway) which have hot water. All other showers including those in the female changing rooms do not have hot water! I have mentioned this almost weekly to the reception staff, but they do not seem to be overly concerned and I am not even sure that they have passed this compaint onto the relevant department.

I would avoid this centre if you have any other options within reasonable distance.

Google Bad Review (2):  Not a great start. I took my 16 mon toddler to spend 30 min for him to get used to pool and play around in water. Went all the way but too much hassle inside, too crowded. The timing are not clear on website nor the lady didn't explain on phone clearly earlier on. We are at 11 am but they offered 2pm onwards. So nothing happened. I asked do you provide inflatable jackets or tubes or ring for little one to float. They said they don't provide nor sell them . At the end you pay parking ticket and come home disappointed, such a waste

Very depressing basement environment.

Severe shortage of primary gym equipment and free weights make efficient gym use at peak times extremely difficult.

Low hygiene standards in men's toilets and men's showers.

Aggressive and threatening behaviour by two members of staff.
Staff addressed witnessed behaviour of one of them but general manager was blatantly dishonest when further event occurred.

Suana broken for more than four weeks.
Out of order sign removed sauna light swurched on to give prospective members the impression it was working during their tour of facilities.
Gym equipment broken for months on end.

Google Bad Review 1:  Nice pool but disabled facilities are not fit for purpose and actually dangerous. One ‘changing room' which is the shower and loo so if you're in there, no one else can change or shower.

No proper rails at the toilet or in the shower, bench to sit on dangerously flimsy, wobbly and not fixed to the wall, I had to sit on the loo to change. Lockers too high for wheelchair users, but frankly, a wheelchair user couldn't use this place.

Because of the one room, floor was wet and anything you changed back into dragged on the floor and got wet too.

If you are disabled in any way, avoid this place.
