Google Bad Review 1:  Very very rude reception staff on the telephone. My wife called a couple of times recently to enquire about a yearly membership and was met by such rude telephone manners on both occasions. The same people you also encounter when going into the centre and this confirms they are just plain ignorant and rude beyond belief. Not sure what could be done to cure this issue other than putting some straw on the reception cubicle floor to make them feel at home as they are purely pig ignorant. Thanks for nothing would be a great job if it wasn't for the public wouldn't it

Google Bad Review (2):  After a shocking fall involving my daughter and her one year old in the shower area, and staff openly admitting they were short staffed which meant the area was wet, I would not recommend this place. Very upset. Waiting to hear the feedback.
