Google Bad Review 1:  I contacted them about a property posted in Right Move. They told me over the phone that that property is not available anymore, but another one in the same building is, with the same layout and in the second floor. I asked them to please send me pictures, and when I saw the video I could tell they were not telling me the truth. This property was significantly smaller, it was not the same layout as the property advertised, and it was on the fourth floor, not the second one.
We are in the middle of a pandemic and I would highly appreciate if you wouldn't be dishonest when booking viewing appointments, putting me in risk just to see a different property than advertised, and even over the phone you gave me wrong information.
You have the wrong property advertised in Right Move for more than a week now, so I can only understand that you do this on purpose to fish for people and book appointments. This is extremely disappointing, and I will never do business with you!

Google Bad Review (2):  I can't express the amount of frustration, horror, and even amusement at how appalling this agency is. I actually wish I could post samples of their emails here for public entertainment/ shock. If you have a lot of money and are willing to be ignored and patronised I'd thoroughly recommend them! The list of unexplainable errors and excuses they made at every step of the way, combined with downright rudeness and stupidity, just goes on seemingly infinitely – but the worse ones really have to be the fact that they did not even respond to my requests to deal with the aggressive landlord (who constantly turned up announced at our flat asking to be let in), and the conditions of damp in the flat which caused a tenant to be referred for a series of treatment because it had aggravated her health so badly. She is still unwell after 2 months and is on medication. They did not even acknowledge this in any correspondence even though I mentioned it constantly. The landlord they worked with was absolutely awful and terrified everyone who lived there, and they were complicite in everything he did – they did not listen to any of my concerns or ciriticisms and defended his behaviour or ignored my emails.

They got dates wrong, names wrong, hassled me and my manager at my place of work, demanded my full banking details for my reference, did not take any inventory of the flat, did not ensure the previous tenant had paid off their bills before moving AND WE FOOTED IT.

They even said they were too busy to reply to emails, but they were happy to take phone calls – as in they did not want correspondence recorded in writing.

Oh and they did not return the deposit of the prevous tenant or even inform them of any deductions – she is still trying to claim back any of her her deposit after 6 months.

Just avoid. My current estate agents were shocked when they heard how we were treated and said we should have left immediately. In fact the only good thing I can say the recommend hudsons is that after I had complained for 3 months about our various problems they offered us a break clause – because they obviously knew we were in the right and did not like us sticking up for our rights.

I now let through Chain Residential, in Highbury – and they are FANTASTIC – their tenancy agreement was very professional and gave us plenty of time to do everything in a calm and timely way, and we felt confident all the way through that we were being looked after – the OPPOSITE of Hudsons. It's not true that all estate agents provided bad lettings service, but Hudsons do.
